Condition of Item
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included in the return.
Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or request a refund.
- After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Proof of Purchase
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure you have this information available when contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return

Receive Return Authorization
- Once we review your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send your item back without this authorization, as it will not be processed.
Ship Your Item
- Pack your item securely and include the return authorization in the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at [email protected] to arrange the exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping Costs

Other Returns
- If the item is being returned for any other reason, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, meaning that if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
